Membrane Roll Insulation

Membrane Roll Insulation

Membrane insulation installs waterproofing rolls torch-welded to the surface, forming a robust barrier against water ingress. You need it on roofs that will be covered by screed or tiles, and on foundations before backfilling.

01

The problem

Water penetrating roofs and foundations corrodes rebar and damages concrete and finishes — and the damage usually surfaces only after it has spread, making repair far costlier than waterproofing correctly from the start.

02

The solution

We torch-weld membrane rolls with controlled overlaps, reinforce corners and drain points and inspect every seam, creating a durable water barrier fit for use under protection screeds, tiles and foundations — the same method we executed on the Roshn project. High efficiency with guarantee.

What does execution include?

  • Full torch welding with controlled overlaps
  • Reinforced detailing at corners, drains and pipes
  • Fit for use under screeds, tiles and foundation backfill
  • Seam inspection before handover
  • Works beneath protection layers and foam concrete
  • Executed on major projects (Roshn)

Service FAQs

Does membrane need a protection layer?

Yes when exposed to traffic or direct sun — it is typically covered by a protection screed or foam concrete before the final finish.

Membrane or foam — which is right for my roof?

It depends on the roof condition and what goes on top: membrane suits tiled/screeded roofs, foam combines thermal and water insulation for exposed roofs. We assess the site and recommend the better fit.
